MY CRA and LOCKED ACCOUNTS

An account can be locked for different reasons:

1.        An account can be locked if you enter wrong information multiple times when trying to access your My CRA account, including userID, password. When this happens your choices are: (1) Go through the registration process again, or (2) contact the CRA at.1-800-959-8281.
